Sooke Fall Registration

Hi! Please fill out the registration form below with details for your child or up to 3 children for our Fall Friday Forest School Sooke program 2024.

Please note:
This is not a drop in program.
Your commitment is required every Friday 9.45am/10am-3pm until December 13 2024 if you are taking time off due to other comitments, or would want a half day, then personally email us so we are aware.

We are hoping to start the program by October 18th once we have a large enough group size.

You will be asked for a $100 deposit at the end of the form to reserve the spot for your child(ren) for when program beings. Once we start the program we will ask for a total by e transfer, your deposit is refunded after the total payment for program is paid.

Please also note: All payments, other than the $100 refundable deposit, to the course is non-refundable. Once we start, you will be asked to commit to the full course and full payment until December 13th, which is $65/day/child, for however many weeks it is in October to December 13th. Total payment can be collected multiple payment plans, please email us to enquire.

Because this is a program fee with instructor fees and materials afforded, when you commit to the program we do not issue refunds from the total payment due to your child being sick, or family emergency and a Friday is missed. Your payment for the program gives you freedom to join in for every Friday and ensures that instructors commit to every Friday for your ongoing forest school program attendance.
